외부 코팅 External Surface Coating

1.D 시리즈: 고온 페인트 (블루) 양면 전면 패키지, 코팅 두께 약 0.2mm, 비교적 좋은 밀봉 보호 성능.

D series: High temperature paint (blue) double-sided fully enclosed, with a coating thickness of about 0.2mm, providing good sealing and protection performance.

2.S 시리즈: 표면에 실리콘을 인쇄하고 두께는 약 0.01mm이며 저항막층만 덮고 있어 방열성능이 뛰어나 직접 사용할 수도 있고 수지나 실리콘 전체를 패키지하여 절연밀봉성능을 높일 수도 있다.

S series: Surface printed silicon with a thickness of about 0.01mm, only covering the resistive film layer, has good heat dissipation performance, can be used directly, or can be encapsulated as a whole with resin or silicone to improve its insulation and sealing performance.
